Pearl Jam + bootleg = one hip band.
Pearl Jam maybe the only band that sells bootleg recording of their live material. How cool is that? They have been doing it since 2000 and so far they have sold more then 3.5 millions copies. Rather then suing their fans that recorded their live performance, these live recording were sold at very cheap and affordable prices.
Pearl Jam’s digital bootlegs are high-resolution digital files released without DRM (Digital Rights Management) so that fans can burn them to disc, transfer to them to MP3 players, or play them from their hard drives. They just recently launched their 2008 Official Botleg series. Check it out.
